Visible Cut-Section & Real-World Components: Features a green, industrial-grade EV battery charger (based on standard onboard charger architecture) with a cut-open housing to expose the internal transformers, inductors, high-capacity capacitors, transistors, heat sinks, and PCB control circuitry.
Non-Intrusive Safe Testing (Probe Points): A dedicated breakout terminal panel allows trainees to safely measure voltage, current, and signal wave patterns without direct contact with exposed high-voltage components, using standard multimeter probes.
Integrated Digital Diagnostics Panel: An active, built-in digital display in the base of the unit shows live measurements, including active Voltage (e.g., 58.4V), Current (e.g., 10.0A), and other vital diagnostic points.
Realistic Connectivity: Comes fully equipped with heavy-duty input and output cables, including standard AC 3-pin input plugs and specialized EV output connectors (such as the blue IP-rated plug), and a robust emergency/main power toggle switch.
